General contractors, architects, and school and hospital facility directors rely on Anderson Lock’s project managers for thorough estimates, detailed submittals, and accurate orders for on-time deliveries.
Much coordination is needed to verify that the specified hardware functions properly for the application. Anderson Lock’s depth of knowledge, gained through years of practical experience as locksmiths, allows us to recommend time-tested products. Additionally, having an Architectural Hardware Consultant on staff assures that the highest standards of the industry are always maintained.
Anderson Lock recently received WBE (Women's Business Enterprise) certification. This will help many of our customers meet their goals of "subcontracting not less than five percent (5%) WBE of the awarded contract price for work to be performed."
The Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) through its national standard of certification, implemented by the Women's Business Development Center, Chicago, confirmed, through an in-depth review of the business and a site inspection, that Anderson Lock "is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women."
Doors, frames and security hardware account for approximately 5% of new construction, and of major renovation project bids. Now, when Anderson Lock supplies this portion of the total awarded contract, the WBE goal will be attained.
Our knowledge of heavy-duty, commercial grade doors and door hardware, and of ADA, Fire / Life Safety and other building regulations, assures that codes will be met, and security will be maintained.
