Helpful information when scheduling a service call:
1) Location or name of door, for example, front entrance door, Jim's office door, etc.
2) Manufacturer of door hardware, model, size, finish, voltage and any other identifying information. Include keying information, if applicable.
3) Describe nature of problem, for example: door won't latch, attempted break-in damaged lock, etc.
4) Hours when contact person is available, and best way to reach contact person.
5) Day, and time of day, that you request work to be done.
