The community at the Congregational United Church of Christ is committed to providing safe, accessible, and secure entry and accommodations for all. Which is why they made the decision to make a change by integrating the Alarm Lock Networx System and Hager Automatic Operators. In just one week, a group of our technicians replaced 16 electrified doors throughout the entire church campus. Two new doors and locksets were selected to meet ADA accessibility standards ensuring barrier-free entry from parking lots and key public areas. It takes true teamwork to complete a project like this in a timely fashion.
This upgrade not only improves ease of access for all members of the congregations, but also aligns with the church’s mission of hospitality and inclusivity. The church’s new access control system features time-scheduled electronic locks which automatically secure and unlock designated doors according to the building’s daily and weekend schedule. Having this feature allows for seamless access during worship services, community gatherings, and events while maintaining reliable security at all hours of the night.
Per Tom Palansky, “Everyone did a great job. The patience of Jeff Asta was incredible.”
Key features include:
- Electrified door hardware on all key entrances
- ADA compliant door operators for
- Time-controlled access management for safety and convenience
