Increasing demand for CCTV and access control systems resulted in the recent addition of a scissor lift to Anderson Lock’s equipment assets. Access Control Manager Jeff Parcell has coordinated the rental of boom and scissor lifts until now, and feels his team will be more efficient using familiar equipment; in addition, owning the lift will eliminate delays waiting for equipment delivery at jobsites.
The scissor lift has a 26-foot platform height, with a 32-foot working height, ideal for installations of security cameras, which are positioned from 10 to 30-feet from the ground. It is narrow enough to fit through the average commercial building door, and will be used for both interior and exterior installations.
