Colorful New Anderson Lock Service Truck

Installer Nick Nikolaev and a New Anderson Lock Service Truck

Anderson Lock’s mission to: “Promote peace of mind by providing quality solutions that improve the safety, security, accessibility and aesthetics of buildings…” is colorfully illustrated in graphic designs on our new red trucks.

Company founder Gene Anderson understood the importance of using pictures to illustrate differences in cylindrical, mortise and cam locks, door closer arms, keyways, latchbolts, deadbolts, surface bolts and flush bolts when he published his first catalog in 1982. That action represented a major step towards transforming his small locksmith company into a “sales, service and installations” business.

Years later, Anderson Lock led local security product providers in launching, first, a website showcasing products and services, and then, an e-commerce website which attracts customers from across the United States, and visitors from many foreign countries each day. Colorful images of locks, hinges, and related hardware attracts buyers, who are then introduced to our knowledgeable sales representatives.

Although we continue to sell thousands of keys every week, keypads are replacing cut keys on more and more doors. Electronic access controls define security for many of our institutional and educational facility customers. Supplying custom-fabricated commercial wood, and hollow-metal doors, keeps the total opening replacement at one source, saving client’s time and money while providing a secure solution with products designed to work together.

If you spot one of our colorful new trucks on the road, or parked near a school, hospital or commercial facility, give us a call!
