Last summer a Chicago Tribune photographer captured an image of an Anderson Lock truck traveling down a ramp in a road construction zone, and the photo was printed on the paper’s front page.
Now that road construction is ramping up again, I thought I would post the picture in the Anderson Lock Blog. I wonder how long the photographer waited for a bright red truck to come along to make his picture colorful and interesting. Attention-grabbing.
We’ll never know.
You never know who is watching, either. And taking your picture. And maybe even publishing it on the front page of a big daily newspaper from which it can be scanned into an internet blog! Something to ponder while you are waiting to get through the next road construction delay in your travels.
