The url will still be www.andersonlock.com, but just about everything else about our company website will change. Customers will be able to purchase locks, door closers, hinges and almost every other kind of security door hardware online. Anderson Lock is developing a new site, and it will be “deployed” in a few months.
Anderson Lock is a sales and service company: we install the products we sell. If there are ever any glitches with new products, our service techs communicate with our sales reps. Most of our sales reps are experienced locksmith / installers, so they can troubleshoot when customers handle their own installations. They are knowledgeable about building codes and ADA guidelines, and will caution customers if certain products are not recommended for certain applications. Anderson Lock is more than a source for security door hardware, we are a resource for expert technical advice.
For customers who are more comfortable using our print catalog than searching online for product information, we will have our catalog, searchable by page number, in an easy-to-open and read format.
This year marks Anderson Lock’s 50th anniversary. It’s still a family-owned and operated company, but it has always tried to stay on the “cutting edge” (pun intended!) of the security industry. Adding eCommerce, with 24-hour ordering capabilities, to the services we provide will be just another key to our success!
