This year marks a truly remarkable milestone for our team—Jim Riddle, our beloved Service Manager, is celebrating 40 years of dedicated service.
It’s not every day you get to honor someone who has given four decades of commitment, leadership, and excellence. Jim’s steady presence, problem-solving skills, and unwavering dedication have left a lasting impression on everyone he works with.

To celebrate this incredible anniversary, Anderson Lock gifted Jim with a well-deserved getaway to the sunshine state—Florida—where he spent some relaxing and quality time just outside the Tampa area. He reunited with his older brother, who recently made the move down south, and enjoyed reconnecting with his nephews, longtime Florida residents of over 20 years.
The trip was filled with classic Florida fun. Jim and the family soaked up the sun on the shores of St. Pete Beach, where there was a bit of body surfing—and a bit more sunburning! While the boys hit the golf course for a few rounds, the ladies enjoyed some serious retail therapy. There were plenty of good meals shared at local spots, but perhaps the most special moments came from simply relaxing lakeside at his brother’s home, 
soaking in the view and catching up on life.
After 40 years of hard work, leadership, and loyalty, Jim’s trip was the perfect way to pause, reflect, and recharge. From all of us—thank you, Jim, for everything you do. Here’s to many more milestones ahead!
