When Cortney Wascher presented Jim Walsh with his award for 40 Years of Service, she thanked him for his leadership and loyalty, then presented him with a Gift Certificate to be used toward a special event or vacation.
The special event Jim selected occurred this past Thanksgiving week. He and his family chartered the Florida fishing boat, shown here, during the days, and celebrated the holiday with family and friends in the evenings, wearing silly turkey ‘hats’ and making new friends wherever they went.
As Anderson Lock’s longtime Sales Manager, his leadership is demonstrated daily. He’s developed strong relationships with our commercial, institutional, contractor and architectural customers, helping to specify and win some of our biggest projects. His expertise in life safety, school security, and behavioral healthcare regulations and products has made him a great resource to both his colleagues at Anderson Lock, and our customers across Chicagoland.
As for loyalty to our company, 40 years speaks for itself. However, Jim is also loyal to his family, as well as to his favorite vacation spots, returning year after year to fish and golf at cherished recreation venues in Wisconsin and Florida.
