Leslie Nielsen: Comedy Genius, Locksmith Dies at 84
The word locksmith in the headline naturally caught my eye.
Leslie Nielsen, star of the Airplane and Naked Gun movies, died at his home in Florida on Sunday, November 28. The actor wasn’t really a locksmith, but one of his most famous lines, from a short-lived 80s television series, “Police Squad”, was in response to the questions,
“Who are you and how did you get in?”
He deadpanned, “I’m a locksmith, and I’m a locksmith.”
