Overview
Designed by John Ronan Architects, 151 North Franklin is a pioneering place for new ways of working. Its elegant design seamlessly flows from outside to inside. Tenants benefit from a rooftop sky garden, landscaped second floor terrace, and other inspiring amenities, fulfilling the promise that great design is great for business. CNA Financial sold its red namesake tower, a building it has owned and occupied since 1972, to anchor this sleek, sustainable, 35-story building–which is a joint venture of Turner Construction and Executive Construction. Now named CNA Center, the insurer’s red logo can already be seen shining atop this new home for its global headquarters.
Anderson Lock, under the leadership of Project Manager Eric Dini, supplied 200 flush-finish Ezy-Jamb door frames, standard steel door frames, and 400 wood and HM doors, most with the door hardware pre-installed at our Elk Grove Door Division. Flush-finish Ezy-Jamb frames, tall, white doors, and contemporary design lever handles, continue the innovative, smooth-surface design of the open, natural light, office spaces.
